Construction Note

Please note that we do not line the interior of our backpacks or duffles. Omitting an internal lining significantly reduces weight and allows for more efficient, structurally reinforced seam construction.

Wherever possible, we use flat-felled seams, resulting in heavily reinforced seam lines throughout the pack. In high-load areas such as suspension attachment points, bar tacks and box tacks are internally reinforced with webbing to ensure long-term durability under load.

As a result, the interior of our packs will show visible signs of construction, including folded seams, contrasting top stitch lines, exposed webbing reinforcement (for points of direct attachment), and seam taping. This approach delivers a stronger, lighter, and more durable structure, prioritising performance and longevity over internal aesthetics.
