Our custom made-to-order backpacks are built around two proven base models, each designed for a specific volume range and use case. Every pack begins from a fixed base configuration and is then customised to suit your needs. All packs are individually made to order. Please see (lead times) prior to ordering.

Base model fabrics: Challenge Ultra 200x (white and grey) for the main body, Ultra 400x Black for the base
Custom main body material options: Printed woven Dyneema for custom print builds
Suspension system: 210D Venom™ Gridstop
Weight Disclaimer: Due to the custom nature and configuration of each build, final pack weights cannot be guaranteed. Weight will vary depending on size, materials, and selected add on options. We aim to achieve the lowest possible weight without compromising durability. For larger pack volumes, we consistently see some of the best weight-to-volume ratios available on the market.

Back Panel: All packs come standard with an 8 mm firm EVA foam back panel, which is removable and designed for use with our standard back panel sleeve. Additional rigid back panel options are available as add-ons.
