Our custom made-to-order backpacks are built around three proven base models, each designed for a specific volume range and use case. Every pack begins from a fixed base configuration and is then customised to suit your needs. All packs are individually made to order. Please see (lead times) prior to ordering.

What’s Included (Base Configuration):
Front bungee cord system
Chhogori ice axe pocket with toggles
Removable hip belt (standard all black). If custom prints are used matching custom prints can also be applied to the hip belt
Materials and Construction:
Main body fabric: UHMWPE
Base model fabrics: Challenge Ultra (white and grey) for the main body, Ultra Black for the base
Custom main body material options: Printed woven Dyneema for custom print builds
Construction: Taped seams are used wherever possible to maximise durability and water resistance
Weight Disclaimer: Due to the fully custom nature of each build, final pack weights cannot be guaranteed. Weight will vary depending on size, materials, and selected options. Back Panel: All packs come standard with an 8 mm rigid EVA foam back panel, which is removable and designed for use with our standard back panel sleeve. Additional rigid back panel options are available as add-ons.
